Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage secrets management solutions using HashiCorp Vault to ensure secure handling of sensitive data across systems.
Implement and enforce security best practices across the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) including CI/CD and containerized environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements assess risks and design effective security controls.
Drive security initiatives provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong expertise in secrets management using HashiCorp Vault along with secure handling of credentials and encryption practices.
Solid understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) containerization and CI/CD pipelines with a focus on DevSecOps.
Proven leadership and cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
Ability to assess risks gather requirements and translate business needs into effective security controls.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 SOC 2) and security auditing practices.
Exposure to scripting/automation (Python Bash) and security monitoring tools (SIEM logging systems).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Strong foundation in Expert in the Secrets Management with HashiCorp as Vaulting solution.
Good understanding on Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) containerization technologies and CI/CD pipelines
People leadership and cross-functional communication skills
Experienced in facilitating stakeholder discussions to gather requirements analyze risk exposure and translate business needs into actionable security controls
