Description:
Administrative and leadership position in the Early Childhood program.


Job Summary:

1. Assist in the implementation of the Early Childhood Family Services program mission and help achieve excellence in the areas of student learning team collaboration positive program climate and effective communication
2. Assist in the management of the Early Childhood Family Services programs daily operations
3. Assist in supervision professional development and evaluation of licensed and support staff
4. Co-lead various program committees and teams
5. Support continuous improvement development and implementation of ECFE Family School and Connections Preschool design staffing policies and procedures
6. Collect and analyze data to drive continuous improvement
7. Co-Administer the Dakota Valley Learning Center and co-lead the Building Emergency Response Team
8. Collaborate closely with administrators and leadership in Early Childhood Special Education
9. Assist with creating and managing staff and program schedules and calendars
10. Assist with program marketing
11. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
12. Carry out other responsibilities as defined by the program manager

Qualifications:

1. MN license in Parent and Family Education and/or Early Childhood Education
2. MN Administrative license
3. Teaching experience in Parent Education Early Childhood Family Education Family Literacy and/or Early Childhood Education
4. Experience as an instructional leader or coach
5. Ability to build relationships with staff students parents and other stakeholders
6. Establish and maintain good communication and relationships with staff students and parents
7. Strong problem-solving skills including collaboration among teams
8. Cultural competence with a commitment to equity
9. Belief in and a commitment to the development of the whole child and family system
10. Strong technology utilization and data management skills
11. Excellent written and oral communication skills
12. Ability to lead with a growth mindset
13. Commitment to ongoing staff development and professional learning communities
14. Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally ethnically racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.

Compensation / Benefits:
Salary in the range of $112703 ï½ $120264 (190 days/year) based on 2025/26 school year - depending upon qualifications plus an excellent benefits program.
