MW Partners is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to work for our client who is a global leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Oversee administer and maintain the procurement contract database ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Establish efficient processes for managing vendor contracts and associated legal documentation.
- Review executed contracts for completeness accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Generate and review contract performance reports.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Teams to collect executed contracts and input metadata into the procurement contract management system.
- Track and analyze key contract performance indicators including payment terms delivery schedules pricing and spend.
- Act as a liaison between vendor management and internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.
- Champion contract management best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation enhance efficiency and improve user experience.
- Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement sourcing and contract management
- Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain Management or a related field or equivalent experience
- Oracle systems (Oracle Fusion experience preferred)
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing contract management strategies across a complex organization
Requirements:
- Experience in the media entertainment or broadcasting industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational analytical and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Ariba
