Your day as a Paraprofessional (Pre-K Counts)

As a Part Time Paraprofessional in our Pre-K Counts classroom at Child Advocates of Blair County youll be at the heart of enhancing the educational experience for young learners! Your role will involve collaborating with the Pre-K Teacher and Teacher Assistant to implement an individualized intentional curriculum that fosters growth through engaging age-appropriate activities aligned with PA Early Learning Standards. Youll plan enriching Health Safety and Nutrition activities helping children develop essential skills.

In addition to creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment youll contribute to daily observations of child progress ensuring that each child feels valued and supported. Youll play a vital role in welcoming parents into the classroom facilitating their involvement and assisting with special events throughout the year.
