****Average Salary rate is $75129. 60 (including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.)****

We are seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead agency-wide staff development efforts and support our mission of strengthening families and communities.

In this role you will:

• Lead and supervise the Learning and Development team
• Design and implement agency-wide training and development strategies
• Partner with leadership to assess training needs and priorities
• Oversee training programs records and compliance within the LMS
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with State and regulatory training requirements

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree required
• 3 years of experience in staff development or training delivery
• Experience in child welfare or working with children and families
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning technologies
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
