Home Instead is seeking a Care Pro Onboarding & Retention Coordinator to support the success of our Care Professionals through interviewing onboarding retention support and administrative coordination across two franchises.

What Youll Do
In this role you will:
- Conduct Care Pro interviews and support candidates through the hiring andonboarding process
- Lead weekly orientation and help create an exceptional new hire experience
- Support retention efforts through follow-up utilization outreach corrective actioncheck-ins and employee support
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance in company specific systems
- Assist with reporting scorecards and administrative support for HR and office operations
- Support Care Pro recognition and engagement initiatives
- Partner with leadership to strengthen onboarding consistency and retention outcomes
What Were Looking For
- Experience in onboarding HR support employee relations office administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain follow-through
- Experience with HR systems applicant tracking systems or similar platforms preferred
- Passion for supporting caregivers and strengthening employee experience
