Home Instead is seeking a Care Pro Onboarding & Retention Coordinator to support the success of our Care Professionals through interviewing onboarding retention support and administrative coordination across two franchises.

What Youll Do

In this role you will:

• Conduct Care Pro interviews and support candidates through the hiring andonboarding process
• Lead weekly orientation and help create an exceptional new hire experience
• Support retention efforts through follow-up utilization outreach corrective actioncheck-ins and employee support
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance in company specific systems
• Assist with reporting scorecards and administrative support for HR and office operations
• Support Care Pro recognition and engagement initiatives
• Partner with leadership to strengthen onboarding consistency and retention outcomes

What Were Looking For

• Experience in onboarding HR support employee relations office administration or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain follow-through
• Experience with HR systems applicant tracking systems or similar platforms preferred
• Passion for supporting caregivers and strengthening employee experience
