ââProvide program and client care administration to create smooth day-to-day client experience and program operations.â
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essentialjob essential functions include the following:
Program Oversight
Enforcesprogram policies and procedures to ensure that program clients learn how to live free from addiction.
Monitors the effectiveness of the program in meeting the needs of the clients and makes change recommendations to the Program Director
Communicates with other departmentsregardingclient needs/care
Overseesclientfund request process ensuring they are processedapprovedand sent to the accounts manager.
Facilitatesshort term programcommunity meeting with manager and director
Interviews potential staff members for administrative positions and provides hiring recommendations to the Program Director
Manages activity schedule and posts sign-ups for optional outings
Assigns clientbuddy(big sisters) to new intakes.
Holds a weekly big sister meeting and trainsclientson how to be a big sister
Client Oversight
Welcomes new intakes; conducts orientation sessionsand helps with intake process/paperwork
Ensures new clients are orientated to the program.
Reports on observations and client behavior incidentsat client case management meetings
Discharges clients from the database and within Credible ensuring proper data is kept on type of discharge
After eachclientinteractionmakessuredocumentationis enteredin Credibleif applicable.
Adds entries on opiate supportgroup opiate support medications medication tracking clients and buddy system on the database.
Notifies the Program Director of significant changes in the status of clients in the program
Conducts andfacilitatesclient experiencesurvey. Conductsclientfocus groupsto gain insights from the clients perspective as to what is working and what needs improvement.
Reviews client incidents(emergency physical or mental health)and ensuresappropriate follow-upaction is takenand documentation
Responds to clients fund and other requests on DB
Assigns rooms to clients and updates Credible for room assignments. Ensures assignment is made prior to client arrival room is clean and checklistcompleted.
Program activity planning along with the Supervisor
Coordinatesshort term clients opportunity to auditlong termprogramtodeterminefit. Reports to clinical team results.
Completes weekly client property bin audit ensures completion and tracking of property sheets
Independentlymeets withclientsand addressesconsequence and behavioral managementissuesensures proper incident with clients andcommunicateswith Recovery Coaches.
The ability to live and work byMnTCsculture of honor & core values practicing compassion honor respect integrity servanthood and trust.
Experiencewith andcomfortable working withpeople with life-controllingchallenges including mental health and addiction.
Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life-controlling problems.
Strong leadership skills (one on one and group situations).
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a demanding environment thatcontainsfrequent interruptions and schedule changes
Strong administrative skills; Databasespreadsheetand word processing computer skills
Possession of a valid drivers license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this organizations vehicle insurance carrier
Ability to successfully complete background check process
Must be21years of age or older.
At least 1 year of freedom from problematic substances.
Must be able to meet specific staff requirements outlined in Minnesota Statutes 245G.11. Reference:Sec. 245G.11 MN Statutes

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Prolongedperiodssitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able tolift upto 10 pounds at a time.
Target Compensation Range (Negotiable based on Qualifications):
$20.00-$22.00/hour
