Job Summary
TITLE: SHOP MANAGER
REPORTS TO: DISTRICT MANAGER
The Shop Manager is responsible for the growth and profitability of the individual business. The Shop Manager must exemplify exceptional leadership skills while building partnerships with department store and alice olivia teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strive to meet weekly/monthly plans while motivating team to collectively meet goals
Actively drive full price sales and monitor sales-to-date daily
Understand stock levels/reorders
Provide daily recap of numbers best sellers missed opportunities events and new merchandise
Review line sheets three months in advance to make door specific requests
Communicate feedback on general issues such as foot traffic success stories ideas to drive the business staff issues
Maintain sales floor presence and uphold the highest visual standard
Consistently fill and upkeep the sales floor
Request visual updates when necessary
Maintain strong communication and working relationships with Account Executives and Store Management
Help coordinate efforts of special events focus/selling days and associate incentives
Lead and work closely with selling manager to meet and exceed sales goals and expectations
