Position Overview
The Administrative Analyst 2 will provide advanced administrative support to the Land Acquisition department ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. This role requires a seasoned professional with 6 10 years of experience in administrative functions capable of independently managing complex tasks and supporting leadership with high-level organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage advanced administrative support activities for the team.
Independently handle complex calendars schedules and appointments for leadership optimizing time management and prioritization.
Coordinate and organize meetings conferences and events including logistics agendas and follow-up actions.
Prepare edit and format documents reports presentations and correspondence with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Conduct research gather data and compile comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in budget management expense tracking and financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing exceptional communication and interpersonal support.
Desired Qualifications
6 10 years of progressive administrative experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
