Position Overview
The Administrative Analyst 2 will provide advanced administrative support to the Land Acquisition department ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. This role requires a seasoned professional with 6 10 years of experience in administrative functions capable of independently managing complex tasks and supporting leadership with high-level organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage advanced administrative support activities for the team.
- Independently handle complex calendars schedules and appointments for leadership optimizing time management and prioritization.
- Coordinate and organize meetings conferences and events including logistics agendas and follow-up actions.
- Prepare edit and format documents reports presentations and correspondence with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Conduct research gather data and compile comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in budget management expense tracking and financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing exceptional communication and interpersonal support.
Desired Qualifications
- 6 10 years of progressive administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in coordinating events managing budgets and preparing reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
