We are looking for a Sr. Content & Experience Specialist who can craft intuitive human-cantered experiences across web in-app and community touchpoints - someone who blends storytelling UX writing and data-driven insights to make creative products like Photoshop and Lightroom easier to understand more engaging to use and inspiring to explore. They should also be able to drive leadership-driven high impact initiatitives end to end with minimal to no managerial oversight.
What youll do:
- Define deliver and lead content that increases customer self-service and enablement for a suite of products within multiple channels - web in-app community social and more.
- Contribute to and create plans to support product and user outcomes and larger content initiatives.
- Contribute to cross-org and cross-domain content and experience initiatives
- Maximize customer data analysis to identify and build strategies for knowledge troubleshooting and outcome-based content
- Work with marketing and product teams to come up with projects and campaigns to aid self-serve increase ARR and grow product usage
- Lead projects and manage dependencies in the context of narrow release timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering support and product management to understand product goals technical details and implement content needs.
- Be capable of wearing multiple hats: strategist creator/author quality control/editor customer support and project manager.
- Design and/or maintain logical information architectures with a primary focus on usability and discoverability
- Collect and analyse quality metrics to ensure content success and goals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and user community to develop write and maintain content.
- Deliver clear and concise content by following writing principles and Style Guide.
- Deliver high quality and accurate Agentic content by ensuring effective reviews by all stakeholders while prioritizing actual user testing in app for accuracy.
- Develop expertise in the assigned area of work and contribute meaningfully to the product roadmap.
- Monitor user activity feedback ratings and web metrics to identify and report issues that have maximum impact on most users.
- Collaborates with data insights team to perform in-depth analysis of customer data to glean users expectations from the content & product experience.
- Mentor train and guide junior members of the team to drive successful outcomes across a segment.
- Write intuitive UI/UX copy that enhances user flows and product understanding balancing clarity with creativity.
- Write clear intuitive dialogues for AI assistants that guide users through products and workflows.
- Use data and user insights to build and refine existing content experiences.
- Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate content creation - while ensuring every output is refined validated and elevated by the human touch.
Experience and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in English communication journalism marketing or other relevant fields
- 7 years experience preferably at a software company where most of your work involves customer-centric content collaborating with various partners and writing customer-facing documentation.
- Knowledge of one or two design tools or a competitor preferable
- Experience with text visual and video development tools or CMS (Content Management Solution)
- High proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
- Strong team player with excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan prioritize and respond to changes quickly based on documented results and metrics.
- Knowledge of analytics search technologies and SEO/GEO/AEO best practices.
