Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Client Experience Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring a seamless and delightful experience throughout their journey with ZoChord from onboarding to post-implementation support.

Requirements

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs concerns and feedback.

  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.

  • Coordinate and facilitate smooth client onboarding for Zoho products and services.

  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Zoho products and services.

  • Handle all client communication professionally via email calls and virtual meetings.

  • Coordinate internally with sales implementation and support teams for client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in client servicing account management or customer success.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or a related field




Required Skills:

Gather analyze and document business requirements from clients across service industries (FinTech Consulting IT Services etc.) Translate business needs into functional specifications for Zoho solutions (CRM Books People Desk Creator etc.) Work closely with internal technical teams to design and implement scalable Zoho-based solutions. Conduct gap analysis workflow design and solution architecture within the Zoho ecosystem. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) training and post-implementation hand holding. Act as a single point of contact for clients during requirement gathering and solution discussions. Ensure documentation is maintained for processes configurations and use cases. Skills & Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in SaaS or software product companies Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques Proficiency with Zoho products (Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho People Zoho Recruit Zoho Projects) and platforms is a strong advantage Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment
