As an AlphaBEST Site Director youll lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps kids learn grow and thrive.

Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely

In this role you will:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules ratios staffing and documentation
Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
Make child safety the top priority at all times
Maintain licensing compliance documentation and readiness for inspections
Track and manage site resources attendance and food program requirements
Supervise and mentor your site team providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met
Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
Build strong relationships with families school staff and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
Requirements:
(1) A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education child development special education elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children. (2) A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university including 30 credit hours in early childhood education child development special education elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children. (3) An associates degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education child development special education elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children. (4) An associates degree from an accredited college or university including 30 credit hours in early childhood education child development special education elementary education or the human services field and 4 years of experience with children.
