Job Summary
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets expand market share and build strong customer relationships. This role requires strategic planning team leadership and execution of sales initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
o Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
o Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
o Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
o Recruit train and mentor sales representatives.
o Set clear performance goals and monitor progress.
o Foster a high-performance culture through coaching feedback and recognition.
Customer Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
o Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
o Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
o Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
o Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and monitor team activities.
Collaboration
o Work closely with marketing product and operations teams to align strategies.
o Provide feedback to product development based on customer insights.
o Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (5 years) in sales leadership preferably in industry.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
