Job Summary

Position Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills product knowledge and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking cold calling and referrals.

o Present promote and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.

o Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.

Customer Relationship Management

o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

o Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.

o Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

Market Research & Analysis

o Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.

o Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.

o Contribute to the development of sales strategies based on market insights.

Reporting & Documentation

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

o Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

o Track and analyze key metrics to measure success.

Collaboration

o Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.

o Coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

o Participate in trade shows exhibitions and promotional events.



Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (2 years).

Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Goal-oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability.

Required Skills:

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (5 years) in sales leadership preferably in industry.
