Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our company the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for agents and staff
- Maintain and update client database and records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and photocopying
- Coordinate office supply orders and maintain inventory
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about our services
- Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
