Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join a dynamic healthcare organization. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading strategic sourcing contract negotiations and supplier management to drive value and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end negotiations solicitations pricing agreements and bid proposals
- Prepare review redline and maintain contracts in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Align procurement and category strategies with organizational goals
- Proactively manage and deliver multiple projects and sourcing initiatives
- 3 years of progressive experience in a healthcare environment
- Proven experience to independently manage:
- Contract negotiations
- Supplier agreements
- Pricing strategies
- Bid/RFP processes
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and compliance standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently
