Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in B2B sales within the technology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation prospecting client relationship management and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify qualify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls emails LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable technology solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitors and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and reports to the management team.



Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Technology or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales preferably in the B2B Tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes lead qualification and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho Salesforce HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions IT services or enterprise software products.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Required Skills:

Gather analyze and document business requirements from clients across service industries (FinTech Consulting IT Services etc.) Translate business needs into functional specifications for Zoho solutions (CRM Books People Desk Creator etc.) Work closely with internal technical teams to design and implement scalable Zoho-based solutions. Conduct gap analysis workflow design and solution architecture within the Zoho ecosystem. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) training and post-implementation hand holding. Act as a single point of contact for clients during requirement gathering and solution discussions. Ensure documentation is maintained for processes configurations and use cases. Skills & Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in SaaS or software product companies Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques Proficiency with Zoho products (Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho People Zoho Recruit Zoho Projects) and platforms is a strong advantage Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment
