Responsibilities:
- Lead the overarching strategic vision and aggressive growth agenda for the flagship customer rewards and engagement platform.
- Directly drive performance metrics including tracked revenue member identification rates retention and overall commercial value realization.
- Architect sophisticated customer journeys CRM programs and lifecycle communications designed to maximize participation and long-term customer value.
- Accelerate digital engagement across all channels focusing on enhancing utility and creating compelling value-led user experiences.
- Collaborate intensively with various operating companies and brand teams to embed loyalty-led strategies that boost acquisition conversion and shared group growth.
- Leverage deep customer insights analytics and programme reporting to inform strategic decision-making and uncover untapped commercial opportunities.
- Identify evaluate and support new monetization streams linked to customer engagement strategic partnerships and the broader organizational ecosystem.
- Oversee and manage the complete loyalty and rewards budgetary framework.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional operating model effectively bridging internal teams specialist external partners and shared capabilities.
