Job Summary
This role is pivotal in designing engaging effective and scalable learning experiences that support employee growth compliance and performance across the organization. Youll collaborate with subject matter experts stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into impactful training solutions.
Essential Functions
- Design and develop instructional materials for in-person virtual and self-paced learning formats (e.g. eLearning videos job aids workshops)
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to recommend learning solutions
- Apply adult learning principles instructional design models (ADDIE SAM) and learning technologies to create engaging content
- Develop storyboards scripts and prototypes using tools like Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate Camtasia or similar
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance metrics
- Maintain and update learning content to reflect changes in policies procedures or systems
- Support LMS integration and content deployment ensuring accessibility and usability
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree of equivalent required
- Masters degree of equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Graphic design or video editing experience
- Familiarity with agile development or rapid prototyping; tools like Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate Camtasia or similar
- This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
