Were seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investigation Review Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in insurance claims and investigations who thrives in a collaborative customer-focused and fast-paced environment.
This role is open to internal candidates in Brisbane Sydney Melbourne and Adelaide with a minimum of 2 days in office. There is multiply vacancies available for role.
What youll do:
Lead end-to-end investigations into insurance motor claims identifying potential fraud or misrepresentation.
Gather analyse and interpret evidence including conducting recorded interviews and reviewing supporting documentation.
Deliver clear well-reasoned recommendations on claim outcomes in line with legal regulatory and compliance standards.
Manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy including handling complaints and vulnerability matters.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support effective and timely investigation outcomes.
Maintain strong audit risk and compliance standards while contributing to continuous improvement and team capability uplift.
What were looking for:
Proven experience in insurance claims management and/or investigations.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Experience handling sensitive customer interactions with resilience and professionalism.
Knowledge of insurance policies claims processes and fraud detection techniques.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks relating to insurance investigations (desirable).
Qualifications in investigations or insurance (desirable).
