Job Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager (SA/NT) you will support the day-to-day operations of our Adelaide office ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk switchboard inbox and visitor experience
  • Coordinate appointments bookings and documentation for assessments
  • Liaise with consultants clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of information
  • Maintain accurate records filing systems and compliance standards
  • Manage office administration tasks (mail couriers banking cancellations shredding)
  • Support consultants with scheduling changes and logistics
  • Build strong relationships with consultants clients and team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed
  • Ensure compliance with policies procedures and WHS requirements
  • Assist with ad hoc duties and projects

Qualifications :

  • Experience in a customer-focused administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Resilient and solutions-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • High level of professionalism confidentiality and customer focus
  • Positive approachable and team-oriented mindset
