Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities building operations or maintenance engineering
• Strong working knowledge of facilities systems including STP operations ATS/LVSG and generator systems and preventive maintenance procedures
• Familiar with power shutdown processes energy management and efficiency practices
• Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance requirements including PCO-related standards (LLDA DENR) and permits processing
• With background in workplace safety practices and Safety Officer functions
• Experienced in facilities operations and project management
• Multi-skilled with strong communication and coordination abilities
  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure reliable operation of electrical MEPFS STP and building systems
• Monitor and resolve technical issues and FMS tickets in a timely manner
• Conduct regular system inspections preventive maintenance checks and performance validation
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for ongoing works and improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DOE DENR LLDA LGU) and safety standards
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency and sustainability initiatives
• Prepare and submit technical reports audits and compliance documentation
• Handle incident management troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support facility upgrades maintenance planning and emergency preparedness activities
