Job Description: Help Desk Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
- Respond to help desk tickets emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues including network connectivity hardware problems and software errors.
- Install modify and repair computer hardware and software as needed.
- Document all help desk interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Manage user accounts and permissions for various systems and applications.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a help desk specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
Desired Experience:
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $34000 - $40000 per year
- Currency: USD
