Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Nurse (GN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient team in a fast-paced fun and supportive environment. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a board-certified physician while gaining hands-on experience and expanding your clinical skill set including performing IVs IMs and a variety of essential nursing procedures. We are looking for someone who is a true go-getter with a strong willingness to learn the ability to work independently and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is compassionate empathetic energetic and eager to grow both personally and professionally in a dynamic clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess plan implement or evaluate patient care plans
- Coordinate care with multiple treatment facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
Qualifications
- New Grad (GN) or Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid drivers license
- First aid/CPR certification required
