• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards.
• Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and document clinical findings accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians therapists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Adapt quickly to new healthcare settings workflows and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory safety and infection-control standards.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1 2 years of recent experience in the specialty area.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS PALS NRP TNCC or specialty-specific certifications as required by the assignment.
• Strong clinical communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments quickly.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
