Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards.
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and document clinical findings accurately.
Collaborate with physicians therapists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Adapt quickly to new healthcare settings workflows and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory safety and infection-control standards.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1 2 years of recent experience in the specialty area.
Current BLS certification.
ACLS PALS NRP TNCC or specialty-specific certifications as required by the assignment.
Strong clinical communication and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments quickly.
Experience with EMR systems preferred.
