Job Summary
Development opportunity based in Subiaco for keen leader(s) to develop coach and motivate your team providing maintenance support to metropolitan Water Resource Recovery and Water assets.

You are an engaging people leader with well-developed communication and leadership skills and have experience managing relationships with stakeholders ensuring efficient support is provided to meet customer needs.
You show leadership by ensuring that all work is undertaken with safety as the priority and are proactive in discussing your observations with your team and contractors regularly encouraging a supportive work environment.

What you can expect with this role
Lead in identifying and addressing safety improvements and contribute to a positive safety focused culture
Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day maintenance activities and people management
Manage resourcing and the implementation planning and delivery of civil general and maintenance activities
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement and building a positive achievement based culture
Monitor and report on the financial and business performance of the team
Actively participate in continuous review and implementation of Contingency Plans and incident management processes
Your skills and experience
For this role we are looking for great talent with:
Trade Qualifications in Electrical essential
Completion or progress toward Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent
Relevant supervisory experience in managing and developing people and teams
Experience in a complex process industry and operations and maintenance environment.
Current C Class Drivers Licence
