About The Role
As a Team Leader in Fraud and Intelligence you will oversee investigative operations to deliver quality outcomes strong risk management and customer-focused decisions. You will guide a team of investigators balance operational priorities and contribute to continuous improvement across processes controls and capability.
What Youll Do
Lead day-to-day investigative operations ensuring cases are managed thoroughly efficiently and in line with legal and organisational standards.
Provide clear direction coaching and feedback to support performance accountability and capability uplift within the team.
Review and approve investigative reports managing risk quality assurance and compliance requirements.
Partner with internal stakeholders such as Risk Underwriting and Leadership teams to deliver aligned outcomes.
Support effective resource planning workload management and budget considerations to meet productivity targets.
Foster a collaborative inclusive team culture that prioritises safety wellbeing and continuous improvement.
What Youll Bring
Demonstrated leadership experience within insurance or financial services with hands-on experience leading teams.
Applied investigations experience including managing cases reviewing outcomes and maintaining strong compliance standards.
Sound decision-making and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess risk and apply practical solutions.
Experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including internal partners and external agencies.
A customer-focused mindset balancing ethical investigation practices with fair and respectful customer interactions.
Qualifications in Insurance Law or a related discipline or equivalent experience will be well regarded.
