As a Fund Accounting Manager II (AVP) within the fund accounting trade team you will oversee daily operations of the fund accounting trade team ensuring accurate and timely trade processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the fund accounting trade team ensuring accurate and timely trade processing

• Perform trade validation and reconciliation for non-ETD products.
• Achieve team targets and monitor performance
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
• Resolve trade processing issues or discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with departments such as OSD and NAV VAL for seamless end-to-end trade processing
• Improve processes and procedures to boost efficiency and reduce risk
• Prepare and present regular team performance reports to senior management
• Stay informed on industry trends regulations and best practices in fund accounting trade processing

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in fund accounting trade processing Middle office or fund accounting NAV
• Strong knowledge of trade processing systems such as Bloomberg or BlackRock Aladdin
• Excellent team player with a proven track record
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders & team
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize competing demands
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of industry regulations such as SEC rules and best practices related to trade processing

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field
