Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree and relevant industry experience.
- Total years of industry experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience preferably with international organizations having global in-house delivery.
- Experience in handling healthcare insurance accounts in GCC is a must
- Should have proven experience in Operations Management.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Take charge of daily operations across diverse business lines expertly handling business analysis and vendor partnerships.
- Performance Management: Drive consistent achievement of KPIs with a strong emphasis on service levels customer satisfaction and quality excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Play a key role in shaping long-term strategies delivering insightful project reports and leading change control initiatives.
- Risk & Compliance: Proactively monitor risks and ensure all activities align with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Talent Development: Inspire and nurture teams enhancing their capabilities while supporting vital decision-making processes.
- Process Excellence: Lead the charge in analyzing systems to uncover and implement impactful process improvements.
