Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to
meet and exceed regional sales targets.
Team Leadership: Recruit train and manage a team of Sales Representatives
providing guidance motivation and performance evaluations.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
key clients contractors developers architects and engineers.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities trends
and the competitive landscape.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and presentations for senior
management.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Cebu head office and other regional
offices to ensure alignment in sales strategies and company goals.
Logistics and Collections Support: Oversee and support logistics order fulfillment
and collections in coordination with the main office and distributors.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the construction
or building materials industry.
A strong understanding of CRM systems ( experience is a plus).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales
team.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively.
