This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager for one of our shifts to own end-to-end hiring outcomes team performance and resolution of delivery issues. You will manage team leaders recruiters and sourcers in your shift drive execution and take accountability for roles that are aging.
This is an execution and ownership role not a systems design or reporting role.
Recruitment Delivery Ownership
Own daily recruitment operations for your shift
Ensure all open roles are actively managed with strong pipeline health
Drive timely submissions interviews and placements
Maintain consistent delivery velocity and quality standards
Proactively identify risks in hiring timelines and escalate early
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Directly manage Team Leaders
Indirectly oversee recruiters sourcers and coordinators
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Address underperformance decisively and professionally
Maintain accountability culture within the team
Execution of Systems & Initiatives
Implement recruitment systems workflows and frameworks designed by leadership
Ensure consistent adherence to ATS usage and reporting standards
Execute performance improvement initiatives
Roll out process changes efficiently across the AU team
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead conversations with clients on difficult or delayed roles
- Provide clear insights on what is and isnt working
- Recommend adjustments to improve hiring outcomes (e.g. role scope targeting process)
- Align clients and internal teams toward resolution
Requirements
- 7 years in recruitment
- 3 years managing recruiters or team leaders
- Experience managing 10 recruiters
- Strong track record of handling difficult roles and delivery issues
- Comfortable leading client conversations and challenging assumptions
- Must be willing and able to meet clients and stakeholders in person a few times a year
- Must be able to do ground level work in the rare cases where clients want to set up on site teams (with financial upside)
- May involve local and international travel so some mobility is needed
