Job Summary
Get to Know the Role
This role is focused on managing the 2-Wheels (2W) verticals driver/rider partners and consumers in new markets specifically those outside Metro Manila. The individual will be held accountable for the financial and key operational metrics of the 2W mobility vertical.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage assigned financial targets for Transport and Deliveries business operations in new and non-Metro Manila markets ensuring adherence to established performance benchmarks.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market data and operational metrics to identify revenue optimization opportunities and cost reduction initiatives; develop implement and communicate findings through clear data-driven presentations.
- Systematically evaluate and refine operational strategies to maximize return on investment and operational efficiency.
- Partner with on-ground teams to develop and execute market-specific solutions based on rigorous market analysis and competitive positioning.
- Conduct thorough market assessments to identify and understand market-specific dynamics competitive landscapes and growth opportunities.
- Execute strategic projects and initiatives directly supporting the 2W verticals profitability and operational reliability objectives.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors degree in any field with a strong academic record.
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in project management strategic consulting eCommerce and/or early-stage ventures.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python is highly valued.
- Demonstrated analytical capability with strong quantitative reasoning and the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated initiative meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain performance standards in high-pressure situations.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
- Capacity to perform consistently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced evolving business environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for business operations.
