This role reports to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and is responsible for delivering clear accurate insights into the financial performance of Vodafone Three through monthend reporting forecasting and budgeting. A key part of the role is connecting financial data with operational performance to support strategic decisionmaking and maintain strong financial discipline across the organisation.
The role works crossfunctionally with both finance and nonfinance stakeholders to build review and explain business performance and plans identifying risks and opportunities along the way. It also collaborates closely with colleagues across FP&A to shape the financial narrative and align performance insights with the strategic goals of the business. Coaching communicating and positively influencing a broad range of colleagues is essential to ensure a shared understanding of performance drivers and business outcomes.
- Prepare clear executivelevel reports dashboards and presentations that focus on effective data storytelling and practical actionable insights.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial guidance scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Consolidate initiatives risks opportunities and performance drivers from across the business to help shape the financial narrative and provide timely accurate reporting.
- Lead the consolidation and development of the longrange plan and contribute to the setting of businesswide targets.
- Act as a strong advocate for internal controls and IFRS standards ensuring SOX compliance is embedded across all financial processes.
- Review existing processes and working practices to identify opportunities for efficiency enhanced insight and improved analysis.
- Carry out market and economic analysis and apply this insight to anticipate future performance trends and potential opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Experience partnering with and supporting directorlevel stakeholders with the ability to influence outcomes while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Contributes to shaping longterm strategy by using data and insight to inform business direction.
- Strong communication presentation and stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in business partnering and strong commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in financial modelling forecasting and data analysis.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset actively seeking opportunities to learn improve and explore new possibilitiesboth individually and collaboratively.
- Able to engage align and empower teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
