Working for our team you can truly make a of the Job:The FP&A Manager will play a critical role supporting and shaping the financial future of the company by providing valuable insights analysis and strategic support to the senior management team. This position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. This role will be intricately involved in reporting budgeting forecasting financial modelling and variance analysis to guide strategic decision-making within the Responsibilities:Financial Planning and ForecastingAssist the budgeting and forecasting comprehensive financial models to support long-term strategic key drivers of financial performance and identify trends and AnalysisMonitor and analyse monthly financial results providing insights into with department heads to explain variances and recommend corrective opportunities for cost optimisation revenue enhancement and margin PartneringWork closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations and Finance to align financial goals and financial support and guidance for strategic initiatives and projectsReporting and CommunicationPrepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and key and maintain KPI dashboards to track business ResponsibilitiesConduct ad hoc financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making and enabling strategic business in evaluating potential investments and Qualifications:Degree in Accounting/Finance Business Administration or equivalent with professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MIA).Ability to construct concise presentations of financial summaries and data to senior leadersAdvanced Excel SkillsArticulate clear persuasive and passionate written and verbal communication skillStrong key stakeholder management skillsAbility to deliver outcomes through a teamSuperior communication and interpersonal capabilitiesAbility to balance risk and commercial outcomesExcellent organisational skillsStrong proficiency in financial modelling forecasting and budgetingAbility to work collaboratively and cross-functionally is comfortable with a hands-on position
