東京を拠点とする協力的な人事チームの一員として日本およびAPACの関係者とも連携しながら人事業務全般を段階的に学べるポジションです
人事としてのキャリアをスタートしたい方または既に何らかの人事経験はあるがより幅広く経験を積みたい方成長を求めている方テトラパックで夢を実現しませんか
What you will do
業務内容
人事業務全般労務管理給与採用のサポート
- 採用新卒中途採用に関する業務例スケジュール調整面接設定面接官候補者への諸連絡各種書類準備ファイリング等
- 労務労務に関する業務例残業有給消化データ管理安全衛生委員会資料作成産業医面談関連事務労働組合との会議資料作成社員からの問い合わせ対応各種社宅関連事務サポート等
- 給与給与社会保険業務に関する業務例年末調整時の社内配布物準備収集データ確認等
- その他各種エンゲージメント向上活動
お任せする業務はご本人の適正や能力興味度合いに応じて定期的に見直しを行います能力開発を全力でサポートします
当面の間は人事業務全般の経験をして頂きますご本人の希望適正能力を鑑みた上で次のHRのキャリアを提案していきます
変更の範囲 会社の定める業務正社員など業務に限定がない場合

- 語学力日本語ネイティブレベル英語初級ビジネスレベル以上
- 積極的に学ぶ姿勢を持ち他者とのコミュニケーションを厭わない
- 他者と協力的に仕事を進められる
- 新たな業務に対して積極的かつ柔軟性をもってチャレンジできる
- 個人情報の取り扱いに対する高い意識を有している
人事業務の経験
