This role is a hands-on execution support role within the agency transformation team. The Assistant Manager supports the delivery of agency transformation initiatives by coordinating activities tracking progress and ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively on the ground. The role focuses on execution discipline PMO support and cross functional coordination to translate plans into day-to-day outcomes.Transformation Initiative Support
Support the execution of assigned agency transformation initiatives across defined workstreams.
Assist in coordinating deliverables timelines and dependencies to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.
Track progress and provide regular updates to ensure visibility of execution status.
PMO & Execution Support
Support PMO processes including status tracking documentation and followup of action items.
Maintain meeting cadence prepare materials and document decisions and outcomes.
Flag execution risks delays or dependencies early for escalation.
Stakeholder & CrossFunctional Coordination
Work with internal stakeholders across business and support functions to support initiative delivery.
Assist in aligning stakeholders on timelines responsibilities and next steps.
Facilitate communication and followup to ensure actions are progressed.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Track delivery progress using defined KPIs and milestones.
Prepare basic dashboards reports and insights to support execution monitoring.
Highlight gaps in adoption or execution and support followup actions.
Field Implementation Support
Support rollout and implementation of initiatives with field leaders and agency teams.
Assist in ensuring initiatives are understood and embedded into daytoday agency operations.
Capture field feedback to support continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
Exposure to project coordination transformation initiatives strategy execution or business operations is preferred.
Prior experience supporting agencyrelated initiatives is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong coordination and execution skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables.
Comfortable working with stakeholders and supporting issue escalation.
Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
Structured disciplined and proactive working style.
