Assume leadership and responsibility for school functions instruction and outcomes

Manage the day-to-day operation of the School including implementing and monitoring plans procedures programs and systems to achieve clearly defined and desired outcomes

Supervisory Responsibilities
Specific staff as assigned by the building principal
Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree required or currently enrolled in a program
Minimum of two years administrative experience in a K-12 setting
Minimum of five years of teaching experience
Early literacy specialist
Ability to provide exceptional instructional feedback
Motivate and inspire staff
Multi-task and excellent time management
Superior knowledge of operational leadership and effectiveness
Solid understanding of basic teaching pedagogy
