As a CRM and Data Science Lead at Novo Nordisk India you will play a pivotal role to turn complex large-scale pharma commercial data into clear actionable decisions that drive growth. You bring deep command of CRM analytics and commercial datasets (sales market share HCP/account performance) and advanced data science (clustering market mix modeling forecasting omnichannel optimization). Youll own end-to-end analytics from raw Data to executive-ready insights and partner with Sales and Marketing to operationalize next-best actions channel mix and competitive intelligence.
Your New Role:
- Convert complex commercial datasets (sales market share CRM activity HCP/account data) into clear growth insights and risk signals for decisive action.
- Deliver executive-ready recommendations with quantified impact; build dashboards and narratives that accelerate data-driven decisions.
- Own commercial KPI frameworks (sales share engagement quality reach/frequency conversion uplift) and segment/cluster views to surface next-best-actions at HCP/account/region levels.
- Build and maintain advanced models (clustering/segmentation forecasting demand planning MMM) to inform strategy and resource allocation.
- Optimize omnichannel mix and budgets to maximize productivity; run sensitivity analyses A/B tests and causal inference to validate impact.
- Work closely with the different stakeholders i.e. a cross-functional team of business and data analysts leadership team and technical experts etc.
- Lead competitor intelligence and scenario planning to track market shifts launches and strategic risks/opportunities.
- Mentor CRM professionals; operationalize next-best-actions within CRM elevate campaign design and measurement and enforce data/process governance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3- 5 years in commercial analytics/data science (pharma/healthcare preferred) with M. Tech/MBA/MS/B. Tech; strong statistics/econometrics and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
- Advanced SQL and Python/R to analyze large commercial datasets; build reproducible pipelines and deliver rapid high-signal insights.
- Develop validated models (clustering/segmentation propensity/uplift forecasting MMM) using causal inference A/B testing and uncertainty quantification to drive decisions.
- Optimize omnichannel mix and budget allocation via ROI elasticity and sensitivity/scenario analysis; operationalize next-best-action logic for sales/marketing.
- Deep fluency in pharma commercial data (Market share Internal/External Sales HCP/account master CRM activity) and CRM platforms (Veeva/Salesforce); competitor intelligence and compliance-aware analytics.
- Translate analysis into executive-ready insights and narratives (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik); enforce KPI frameworks model monitoring and governance across the analytics lifecycle.

About Company
You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
