Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate private training deliveries including gathering customer requirements outreach event logistics and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Manage and resolve training delivery issues creating contingency plans with minimal impact on participants.
- Create and maintain public training schedules across geographies languages and delivery formats.
- Analyze data and generate insights to optimize training schedules and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure all systems are updated with accurate information for internal and external training offerings.
- Develop and improve operational processes aligned with evolving business and learner needs.
- Assign trainers in collaboration with Delivery Managers and communicate schedules effectively.
- Maintain accurate data for class scheduling registrations attendance rosters and training materials.
- Coordinate global training events while ensuring consistency and quality standards.
- Proven experience in creating and improving operational processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy in data handling and entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues and escalate when required.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in global training coordination services operations customer service or HR.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with LMS and CRM cloud applications.
- Willingness to work in night shifts as per business requirements.
