Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal consultant - GCC
In this role we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic GCC manager responsible for Fulfillment Operations Contractual Management POs/ SOW Responsible working with customer and ensure all the requirements are fulfilled. Also responsible for tracking PO SOW Contractual Management stakeholder managements for GCCs

Responsibilities:
Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
Manage end-to-end execution (planning delivery closure)
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
Track progress using KPIs dashboards and reporting tools
Act as the primary interface between onshore (HQ) and offshore (GCC) teams
Communicate with senior leadership business units and clients
Manage expectations across different time zones and cultures
Conduct regular status updates steering committee meetings
Allocate and optimize resources across multiple projects
Coordinate with hiring/HR for talent needs in the GCC
Manage cross-functional teams (engineering operations analytics etc.)
Mentor team leads and ensure team productivity
Establish project governance frameworks and reporting structures
Ensure adherence to company policies security standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain documentation (RAID logs Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies)
Conduct audits and reviews
Identify potential risks early and create mitigation plans
Manage escalations effectively across global stakeholders
Ensure business continuity planning
Track project budgets forecasts and cost optimization
Manage vendor contracts and third-party engagements
Ensure ROI and cost efficiency for GCC operations
Drive automation standardization and process improvements
Implement best practices (Agile Waterfall Hybrid models)
Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives
Manage communication across regions (US Europe APAC etc.)
Handle cultural differences and collaboration challenges
Align GCC objectives with global business strategy
Define success metrics and KPIs
Provide executive-level reports and insights
Use tools like dashboards (Power BI Tableau Jira etc.)
Help scale the GCC (new capabilities teams functions)
Participate in transition/migration of work from global offices to GCC
Drive value creation beyond cost arbitrage (innovation analytics AI etc.)
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in computer science Information Systems Data Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems Data Science or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional)
PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
