My client is seeking a commercially sharp peoplefocused sales leader to drive revenue growth while building and coaching a motivated sales team.
This is a dualfocus role:
Leading coaching and performancemanaging a team of sales professionals
Personally managing a portfolio of highvalue strategic accounts
The role requires someone who thrives in fastmoving environments enjoys being close to the numbers and knows how to balance strategy with execution. Youll work with structured sales methodologies strong reporting discipline and a culture that rewards ownership and results.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience leading and motivating a sales team
Strong background in B2B sales digital sales or strategic account management
Comfortable being both a people manager and an individual contributor
Datadriven mindset with solid CRM and reporting discipline
Confident communicator who can build executivelevel client relationships
High emotional intelligence and a coachingfirst leadership style
Qualification:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) required
Tertiary qualification advantageous
