The Role
This is not a content or brand awareness role.
You are responsible for generating pipeline improving conversions and driving revenue through marketing.
Youll own the full journey from attracting the right audience to turning them into qualified discovery calls.

What Youll Actually Do
Build & Run Lead Generation Campaigns
Launch 24 campaign experiments per month across LinkedIn email and landing pages
Create and test offers (e.g. CRM audits automation checklists free consultations)
Set up and manage outbound LinkedIn workflows (connection nurture call booking)
Own LinkedIn as a Primary Growth Channel
Plan and publish 35 posts weekly (founder-led brand content)
Turn internal insights into content (client wins before/after transformations breakdowns)
Actively engage with target audiences (comments DMs prospecting)
Optimise Website & Landing Pages for Conversion
Audit key pages and identify drop-offs
Create/improve landing pages for campaigns with clear offers and CTAs
Run A/B tests on headlines structure and conversion paths
Manage Lead Capture & CRM Flow
Set up and optimise lead forms and pipelines
Build email nurture sequences (35 touchpoints per lead)
Track lead sources and movement through the funnel
Execute Email Marketing & Nurture
Send 12 targeted campaigns weekly (insights offers case studies)
Build automated flows (lead nurture follow-ups re-engagement)
Continuously improve open click and conversion rates
Run Paid Experiments (If Applicable)
Launch small-budget campaigns (LinkedIn Ads Google Ads)
Test audiences messaging and offers
Scale what generates qualified leads
Turn Results Into Growth Loops
Double down on what works
Repurpose winning content across channels
Continuously optimise based on performance

Requirements
What Were Looking For
3 years experience in growth performance or B2B marketing
Proven ability to generate leads or revenue (not just engagement)
Strong understanding of funnels landing pages and conversion
Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking
Comfortable marketing technical or service-based solutions
Fast executor who tests learns and iterates quickly
