About Company: Our client is one of the foremost Insurtech companies in Africa.
Our client is seeking to hire a results-driven Digital Marketer to lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition engagement and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance marketing content strategy and analytics preferably within fintech insurance or tech-driven environments.
Job Responsibilities:
Track develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google social media email and display ads).
Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC social ads) to optimize ROI and customer acquisition.
Create and implement content strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager etc.
Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion rate improvement.
Manage social media platforms ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
Collaborate with product sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in fintech/insurtech).
Strong knowledge of SEO SEM and paid media campaigns.
Experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Ads HubSpot etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

25 years of experience as an insurance loss adjuster Strong investigative and analytical skills; excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently under pressure. Must be able to travel frequently

Bachelors degree in insurance risk management or a related field
