100% FTE day shift working Monday Friday from 7:00 am 5:00 pm. You will work at University Hospital in Madison WI.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

  • Act as a resource respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll time-off policies procedures education and scheduling.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of a department including preparation of reports research issues and update policies procedures manuals and administrative tools.
  • Purchase supplies materials services or leadership support with management of calendars maintenance of agendas and take meeting minutes.
  • Develop maintain and support administrative and clinical templates tools and tracking documents and clinical staff scheduling.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
