HERES HOW YOULL CONTRIBUTE:

• Improves team performance recognizes and rewards performance coaches employees supports their development and manages poor performance.
• Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
• Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with Multiple geographical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Investigation and troubleshooting of production problems and liaising with business vendors and IT groups for timely resolution.
• Acts as the prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders.
• Supports deployment activities managing implementation issues to resolution.
• Develop tools to automate tasks towards improved efficiencies
• Provide input and insight towards on-going PS process improvements

HERES WHAT YOULL BRING:

• Minimum 7 years of development experience Cloud technologies Angular and SQL
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a team lead/manager.
• Good understanding of techniques used in application troubleshooting/debugging.
• Good understanding of database design development and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of support and operations practice concepts and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience

Total Direct Compensation:

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g. base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances where applicable)
