Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to lead evaluation and research efforts for mental health programs. This role focuses on designing robust evaluation frameworks conducting rigorous research and generating actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making.
The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical expertise with research methodologies and a passion for improving mental health outcomes through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research & Evaluation Design
Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks across programs
Design rigorous research studies (RCTs quasi-experimental and mixed-methods approaches)
Build Theory of Change models and logical frameworks
Establish standardized outcome indicators aligned with global best practices
2. Outcome Mapping & Indicator Management
Map program outcomes to measurable indicators and develop tracking matrices
Define and document KPIs for programs and interventions
Establish baselines milestones and targets for monitoring progress
Create logical frameworks and results chains linking activities to outcomes
Regularly review and refine indicators based on program learning
