Experience: 20 Years in Manufacturing Operations preferably in Cable Connector EMS Electronics components Manufacturing Industries
Location : Kochi
Salary : As per industry standard

Position Summary
The Senior Manager – Production will be responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations production planning resource management productivity improvement quality compliance cost optimization and people development.

Key Responsibilities
Management
and manage overall production operations for Cable and Connector manufacturing.
achievement of daily weekly and monthly production targets.
manufacturing efficiency productivity and capacity utilization.
production performance and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
smooth execution of manufacturing schedules with minimum downtime.
Planning & Control
Collaborate with Planning SCM Quality Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of production plans.
production schedules and optimize resources to meet customer requirements.
inventory levels and support material planning activities.
adherence to delivery commitments and customer schedules.
