Manager – Strategy & Business Intelligence

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Business Intelligence to drive data-led decision-making market intelligence and strategic execution. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and analytics requiring strong hands-on data skills along with the ability to influence leadership decisions and drive cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will come from a high-growth startup or consulting/strategy background with strong analytical depth and experience working on business-critical projects.

• Work closely with leadership to define and execute key business priorities
• Identify growth opportunities through data customer insights and market analysis
• Lead and execute high-impact strategic initiatives and zero-to-one projects

• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for business decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI/Tableau
• Track key performance metrics and provide regular business performance updates
• Perform deep-dive analysis to support strategic and operational decisions

• Monitor competitors industry trends and evolving market dynamics
• Conduct primary and secondary research to understand customer and market behavior
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for product and business strategy

• Collaborate with Product Marketing Sales and Operations teams to drive execution
• Support leadership in business reviews planning cycles and decision-making
• Ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives across teams

• Present insights dashboards and recommendations to senior leadership
• Communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner
• Manage alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions

• from IIT / BITS / NIT or equivalent tier-1 engineering institutes
• MBA from IIM preferred

• 5–8 years of overall experience
• 2 years in data analytics BI or data-driven decision-making roles
• 4 years in business strategy operations founder’s office or program management roles
• Experience in high-growth startups (Series A and above) preferred
• Proven experience leading zero-to-one initiatives

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of business metrics and KPI frameworks
• Exposure to data analysis reporting and visualization tools

• Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
• High ownership and execution mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments
