Job Purpose
To maintain AXIS models. To modify models incorporate latest assumptions in models check the impact of changes in order to provide updated models for various activities. Managing junior team members on a task by task basis.

Job Challenges: Managing a quick turn around on the task
Anticipating and managing problems and the time taken for the task
Balancing work and studies and passing actuarial exams
Digesting large amounts of information and being able to recognise key items quickly
Developing and implementing new ideas to improve individual work methods
