MW Partners is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to work for our client who is a global leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Disseminates all start paperwork
- Generates on all assigned series
- A-T-L payment schedules
- Episodic writer & director agreements
- Option pick up & start date notices
- Notices of Tentative Writing Credits
- Creates and maintains show files and informational charts for all assigned series
- Sends out pertinent documentation & maintains charts in connection with the BCS CBS Anti-Harassment Training NOE for all assigned series
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business and legal affairs production payroll and/or contract administration at a major studio or agency
- Ability to read and understand contracts and terms of payment
- Ability to work effectively and communicate with multiple internal and external groups
- Knowledge of Microsoft 360 - Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to effectively interact with a range of personalities and styles to establish and maintain relationships with various departments at CBS
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work well under pressure with many changing deadlines/strong time management skills
- Be a proactive contributor who can work both independently and collaboratively to balance multiple priorities at a time
- Have phenomenal communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
